The distillery works directly with Arkansas farmers to source Arkansas corn, soft red winter wheat, and malted barley. By utilizing local wheat as the flavor grain instead of rye, Rock Town creates an exceptionally smooth, soft, and naturally sweet distillate base.

The liquid is distilled in small batches using a custom copper pot still, before being tucked away into heavily charred new American white oak barrels. Because this is a Single Barrel and Cask Strength program, the liquid is never blended with other barrels, nor is it diluted down with water before bottling.
