The customization process is a masterclass in wood science. Customers select a custom combination of 10 finishing staves from a choice of five distinct wood profiles, each bringing a different flavor element to the table:

• Baked American Pure: Sweet vanilla, brown sugar, and cream notes.

• Seared French Cuvee: Heavy oak, caramel, and toasted wood characters.

• Maker’s Mark 46: Classic dried fruit, vanilla, and bold baking spices.

With 1,001 possible combinations, these 10 chosen staves are inserted into a fully matured cask of barrel-strength Maker’s Mark.
